HDClarity
HDClarity is an Enroll-HD platform study collecting cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), LiHep (anticoagulant) plasma, and serum samples from participants following an overnight fast. All HDClarity participants are also in Enroll-HD, which means all CSF samples also have linked clinical data. HDClarity participants attend at minimum a screening and a sampling visit, with a small subset having an optional repeat sampling visit 4-8 weeks after their initial sampling. University College London is the sponsor for this study and CHDI provides financial support.
Clinical Data in HDClarity
Like the Enroll-HD Periodic Dataset (PDS), the HDClarity PDS comprises the large majority of the collected variables for each participant and is available without Scientific Review Committee (SRC) approval. Additional variables may be requested subject to SRC review. Please review the HDClarity Data Dictionary.

Biosamples in HDClarity
All HDClarity participants consent to donating the following non-renewable biosamples: cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), LiHep (anticoagulant) plasma (fasted), serum, cells from CSF. All HDClarity biosample requests must be reviewed by the SRC and there is a fee for these biosamples.
HDClarity biosample overview and prices
Available biosamples from HDClarity, aliquot sizes and sample prices are summarized. A 20% discount is offered for academic use. Shipping and handling costs are not included and will depend on shipping requirements (e.g., frozen) and distance – estimated costs will be given for each request.
