Es werden Personen aus allen Stadien des Krankheitsverlaufs einbezogen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Teilnehmern mit pr\u00e4manifester und fr\u00fchmanifester Erkrankung liegt. Jeder Teilnehmer wird \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von f\u00fcnf Jahren nachbeobachtet.<\/p><p>Die erste im Rahmen dieser Initiative gesammelte Blutprobe wurde am 28.
